Acceptance of Terms
By visiting or using this site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. Nivō Performance Nutrition may update or amend these Terms at any time, and such changes will replace all previous versions. Updated Terms will be posted on the site, and by continuing to use the site after any updates, you agree to be bound by the latest version.

Nivō Performance Nutrition strives to keep all information on the site accurate and up to date. However, no guarantee is given—whether express or implied—regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information, data, or content at any time. We reserve the right to modify or remove any aspect of the site, including product details or features, without prior notice.
Purchasing Products
When placing an order, you will be required to provide personal details such as your name, delivery address, contact number, and email address.
Orders & Confirmation:
- After selecting your desired product(s) and submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any details before finalising the purchase.
- Clicking “checkout” constitutes your submission of the order.
- An order confirmation will be sent to you once we receive it.
- Technical issues may delay or prevent confirmation emails—do not resubmit an order if no confirmation is received, as duplicate transactions remain your responsibility.
- An order is considered complete only when payment is received and the product has been dispatched. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Payment Methods
We provide several convenient payment methods.
Payments can be made using major credit cards or via bank transfer from South African banks only. If you select the bank transfer option, proof of payment must be submitted before we can process your order.
Payment on Delivery
Unfortunately, we do not offer a “pay on delivery” service. All purchases need to be paid in full before processing and shipping can take place.
Delivery & Returns
Once payment has been successfully received, Nivō Performance Nutrition will prepare and dispatch your order within one working day. Shipments are managed by our courier service and usually reach their destination within approximately two to four business days, depending on whether delivery is to a central city area or a more remote location. Please be aware that these timeframes are only estimates, and Nivō Performance Nutrition cannot accept liability for any unexpected delays.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may cancel your order within 7 (seven) days of receiving the items. Should you choose to cancel, you will receive a full refund; however, any delivered goods must be returned. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If we approve a product return, the item must remain unopened and in its original condition. All seals must be intact, and the best-before date must match that of the original order.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order within seven (7) days of receiving the goods. A full refund will be issued once the returned products are received, but return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Returned items must:
- Be unopened and in their original condition,
- Retain intact seals, and
- Match the original order’s best-before date.
Clearance items are not refundable.
Clearance Sales and Specials
Nivō Performance Nutrition may periodically offer clearance stock or promotional specials. All clearance items will clearly display a Best Before (BB) date on the product page. A BB date reflects product quality rather than safety; items may remain safe to consume after this date but could lose flavour or texture. Proper storage according to label instructions is essential for maintaining quality.
Privacy & Security
All personal information collected through the site is securely protected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Warranties and Liability
Except where required by law, Nivō Performance Nutrition makes no warranties or representations—express or implied—about the site or the products offered. Products and services are provided “as is”.
Neither Nivō Performance Nutrition nor its directors will be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from:
- Use of or reliance on the site or any content,
- Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in information provided,
- Delays, interruptions, or unavailability of the site, or
- Any third-party service failures related to the operation of the site.
By using the site, you indemnify Nivō Performance Nutrition and its representatives against any claims or damages resulting from your access, use, or purchase activity.
User Warranties
By accessing this site and purchasing products, you confirm that:
- You are legally entitled to do so,
- All personal details provided are true and complete, and
- If under 21, you have the consent of a parent/guardian or other legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Nivō Performance Nutrition may suspend or terminate the site at any time without notice.
Use of the Site
We make no representation that the content or products offered on this site are suitable or available for use outside South Africa. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws.
General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nivō Performance Nutrition regarding your use of the site and override any prior communications. We may assign or transfer any of our rights or obligations under these Terms without notice.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
In the event of force majeure—such as natural disasters, strikes, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control—our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. If such conditions continue for more than 14 days, Nivō Performance Nutrition may terminate this agreement without liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa.
Electronic Communication
No electronic message will be considered received by Nivō Performance Nutrition unless we specifically acknowledge it in writing. Submitting an order more than once may create a duplicate transaction for which you are responsible.
